The platform · 20+ modules, one deal room

The whole deal, in one platform.

Negotiation, counterparty verification, payment control, quality proof, logistics, accounting, risk, and disputes — every module a cross-border commodity trade needs, on one auditable timeline. And Dealium never holds a cent of your money.

Deal lifecycle & term sheets

One structured lifecycle, from listing to settlement

Every deal moves through a 13-state workflow that both sides can see. Terms are negotiated on a versioned, two-sided term sheet — commodity, quantity, price, Incoterm, ports, quality spec, deposit rules, broker commission — and any revision forks a new version and forces re-acceptance, so the deal only advances when everyone has agreed to the same one.

  • Versioned, two-sided term sheets with counter-offers and forced re-acceptance on every revision.
  • Multi-party acceptance. Buyer, seller and optional broker each accept the same version before the deal advances.
  • Auto Sales-Contract PDF. Acceptance generates the signed contract document automatically.
  • Marketplace + AI matchmaker. List openly or match verified counterparties; reusable deal templates for repeat trades.

Non-custodial payment control

Conditional payment control — without custody

Dealium issues deposit and release instructions to licensed providers; it never holds, transmits or converts the money. Money moves only on a user-approved instruction, only when the terms are met — and every step lands on an immutable ledger.

  • Deposit instructions. The seller ships against a confirmed deposit, not a promise.
  • Maker/checker release. Above a threshold, the operator who approves a release can't be the one who executes it — with over-release caps.
  • Immutable payment-event ledger. Every deposit, hold and release is recorded, append-only.
  • Dispute holds. A dispute freezes the funds at the rail until it's resolved on the record.

One rail-agnostic adapter. Dealium is built to instruct licensed fiat providers — WorldFirst · Airwallex · Bridge — behind a single interface (rails built; not yet live in production).

Counterparty trust & compliance

Know exactly who you're dealing with — before the deal advances

Verification is built into the workflow, not chased over email. KYB, UBO discovery, KYC and sanctions screening feed one deterministic risk decision, and an unverified or sanctioned party simply can't clear the gate.

KYB registry verification

Company existence, status and identifiers checked against business registries — not a self-declared form.

UBO ownership graph

Walk the ownership tree to the ultimate beneficial owners — who really controls the counterparty.

KYC with mobile IDV

Document capture, liveness and face-match verify the human behind the signatory.

Sanctions & PEP screening

Screen parties and owners against OFAC, EU and UN lists, with ongoing re-screening as lists change.

Deterministic risk engine

A rules-based CDD/EDD score you can explain to a regulator — same inputs, same result, every time.

Cleared-to-trade gate

No deal advances and no money moves until every party clears. Compliance is enforced, not optional.

Quality & inspection

Proof of quality that can't be quietly edited

Lab and inspection results are recorded against the deal, fingerprinted with SHA-256, and deep-linked back to the issuing lab so any party can verify the original. When spec and delivered quality differ, settlement price adjusts automatically against the terms.

  • Lab & inspection results attached to the deal with issuer, date and parameters.
  • SHA-256 report fingerprints. A tamper-evident hash proves the report on file is the report that was issued.
  • Verify-on-lab links. Trace a certificate back to the source, not a forwarded PDF.
  • Quality-adjusted settlement. Premiums and discounts compute from the spec automatically.

Logistics

Track the physical leg on standards, not screenshots

Shipment and container events are normalized to DCSA milestones and ISO-6346 container identity, so the whole deal room sees the same live status — vessel, ETD/ETA, and the demurrage clock ticking.

DCSA milestones

Normalized ocean shipment events — one status the whole room trusts.

ISO-6346 containers

Container identity, SCAC, B/L and vessel/IMO tracked per box.

Freight quotes

Rate cards and quotes attached to the deal, landed into cost.

Demurrage countdowns

Free-time and detention clocks surfaced before they cost you.

Finance & risk

CTRM-grade tooling, on tap — not a €100k add-on

The money side of the deal is booked, invoiced and analysed in the same place it's executed. A real double-entry ledger sits underneath, with advanced desk analytics, on tap for desks that need it.

Double-entry ledger

A general ledger and chart of accounts under every deal — commission and fees settle as their own legs.

Invoices & landed cost

Commercial invoices, aged AR/AP, and landed-cost build-up from freight, duties and fees.

Positions & mark-to-market

Roll executed deals into positions and mark them to current prices.

Advanced desk analytics

Positions, mark-to-market, VaR, derivatives and FX hedging for active desks (Trade Pro) — several advanced modules are being hardened during the design-partner phase.

Auto-settled commissions

Broker commission and the software fee compute and settle from the deal, and can't be bypassed.

One source of numbers

Execution, accounting and risk share a model — no re-keying between systems.

The analytics layer is included as platform depth; turn on what your desk needs and ignore the rest.

AI copilot & document intelligence

A copilot that checks and flags — humans decide

The copilot reads the deal through six role lenses — buyer, seller, broker, operator, compliance, arbitrator — and tells each side what to look for, what to flag, and what to do next, proactively, even when you're not looking. Models run self-hosted: your pricing and counterparties never touch a public model, and every AI call is schema-validated and audit-logged.

  • Six role lenses. The same deal, explained for the job you're actually doing.
  • Proactive push. The copilot surfaces the next action without being asked.
  • Contract & document review. It reads term sheets, contracts and certificates and flags what's off.
  • Per-module analysis. Risk, FX, ESG, invoices and derivatives each get their own AI read.

ESG & traceability

Traceability the EU is about to require

For commodities in scope of EUDR 2023/1115, due-diligence and origin data live on the deal — so proving a clean supply chain is a byproduct of running the trade, not a scramble at the border.

EUDR due-diligence checklist

The deforestation-regulation checklist tracked per deal, with the evidence attached.

Geo-coordinate traceability

Origin plots captured as geo-coordinates so consignments trace back to the ground.

Certifications & chain-of-custody

Certificates and ESG attributes attached to the deal and carried through to settlement.

Governance & audit

Every state, document and decision — on the record

Access is scoped, actions are logged, and disputes are resolved by a neutral party against an immutable record. Governance is a property of the platform, not a policy you have to trust.

3-axis, 8-role RBAC

Access is decided by organization type, deal position and platform role — the model that closed a real cross-tenant privilege-escalation class.

Append-only audit trail

Every state change, document and decision is written once and kept — the shared record no single party can rewrite.

Disputes & arbitration

A dispute freezes the funds; a neutral platform arbitrator — never the counterparty — resolves it on an immutable decision record with SLA timers.
